I absolutely love this hotel. Location, location, location ! All rooms face the Titlis Mountain and its a very beautiful view. You actually feel that the mountain is right at your face. Each room has a good balcony, spacious rooms. We stayed in the deluxe room, which has a bath tub in the bedroom, which was quite cool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bus station going to the Titlis cable car station is right outside the hotel. The hotel restaurant is really good for food, especially for vegetarians. They have an excellent cheese fondue restaurant, facing the mountains. And the spa is spectacular ! The view of the mountains from the pool and Jacuzzi is really good. Overall, the stay was wonderful and I am definitely coming back !
The standard rooms are very old. So I would request the hotel to refurbish them.

Good view
Too expensive for a small hotel at that low season.

I really liked the hotel room, spa and restaurant. Everything was of top quality. The restaurant had just been renovated and the food was delicious and of good quality. The spa was very comfortable: not to big and not tiny. Lots of natural light and the possibility to have a tea before going in. They also have a small workout room. Even on Christmas Day, I was able to have a massage. Nice comforts.
Over the busy holiday season, the prices jump to top dollar. We are not on a tight budget but with all of the nice conveniences the hotel has to offer, the price is a bit extravagant. Of course, if you want to be there at the height of the season, you pay for it.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel, especially the cozy fireplace in the lobby. The soft lighting and comfortable seating made it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for guests, including us senior people. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior guests was commendable, with ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the property.
While the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, it would have been even more enjoyable if they could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of us senior guests. As an older traveler, I would have appreciated some assistance with carrying my luggage or navigating the property.
